SECTION 26
26. Keeping and feeding of wild animals
(1) No person may keep or be in possession of any wild animal in a public place or keep any wild animal on any premises without being in possession of a permit issued by the relevant nature conservation authorities and a permit for the keeping of wild animals issued by the City.
(2) No person may deliberately feed any wild animal that is not in captivity, with the exclusion of bird feeders.
(3) No person may permit a wild animal to access domestic waste on their property.
(4) No person may interfere with, cause damage to, collect, harvest, impede, harm, harass, hunt or restrict a living or dead wild animal, or displace, disturb, destroy or remove its habitat, unless in possession of a permit from the City.
